My local NBC affiliate has one "traffic girl" on every ten minutes with updates during the early morning news: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=...e=1&theater The very definition of "spectacular," no?

Exactly. Since most of these weather forecasts are wrong anyway, you might as well ignore the content and focus on the delivery model.
