Turbo TCP on Westell Modem......

Is clicking on this box going to make any difference? I have the basic dsl from Verizon. I went into the modem's settings,(192.168.1.1). My upload and download speeds,according to the modem, are d/l is 925kbps,d/l is 446kbts.Would clicking on this help? will it mess up connection? Thanks.

IIRC it is related to traffic shaping, which should improve overall throughput.

925Kb/s. *shiver* I'll stick with my 20mb/s and hopefully soon to be 50mb/s.
