Can 22689186 be used in cars calling for Dexron3 ?

Got 2 litres of ACDelco ATF (22689186) from a friend and wondering if the fluid can be used in my 2005 Pontiac that calls for Dexron III.

The label says nothing about meeting Dexron III but the wording is interesting as it says also for Saturn T-IV usage.

Saturn used an Aisin A/T in some early Ions and that fluid is probably just re-labeled T-IV (Mobil 3309).
While it most likely would be fine in a Dex 3 application I'd give it to a friend with a Toyota or Volvo which calls for T-IV.
PS: I have a Corolla.....

Mazda 5 & 6 speed Aisin AT use the T-IV/3309 fluid.
