Commercial mowers have a faster blade tip speed and tend to have decks designed with huge discharge openings. Big openings clog less.
For mulching blades, like other posters have said, you can't go wrong with Gators. Any higher dollar blade should be good. I know the Ninja blade on my 21" Snapper pusher is pretty amazing, but I think they can only be used on single bladed Snapper products. Even so, it's based on how and what you mow.
