Tire Rotation Interval Recommendation

If there are no wear issues other than the front wearing out sooner than the rear - or vice versa - I don't think rotating is necessary. I just replace mine two at a time.

When you do that, they say that the new ones should always go on the rear for wet braking stability reasons. I will have the rear moved to the front, without changing sides, if the old front tires are replaced as a pair.

I believe that a tire in balance tends to stay in balance if you leave it alone. I don't mess with them unless there is a reason.
