You need a 5w30 syncromesh MTF, about 2.5qt. This is for an American vehicle AFAIK.

Amsoil MTF, Redline MTL, or BG Syncroshift-II

I can't give a +1 to undummy, but only a + 0.6666

[I am not sure about the BG stuff!]

They came factory fill with ATF+4

I have two of them.

I use Amsoil MTF in them instead of the ATF+4, is much better at protecting the gear set.
