I have a few GMS to tranny flush, at 19 bucks and change a case of the Sam's Club Certified Dexron®-III/Mercon® is tempting, Is this stuff any good? any Ideas.
Thanks in advance.

There is no such thing as certified Dexron-III nor Mercon ATF.

GM stopped licensing Dexron-III a couple of years ago when they brought out Dexron-VI. To be perfectly clear, the same stuff as Dexron-III(H) is licensed by GM under the label of Allison TES-389.

Ford stopped licensing Mercon also a couple of years ago. They now recommend the current version of MerconV for all Ford transmissions that originally called for Mercon or MerconV.

'Certified' is the brand name of the Sam's Club oil & ATF, not an adjective.

I saw Havoline D/M3 ATF for $1.10/qt at our local Sams, about $13/case of 12 qts. Hard to beat that for a quality DexIII/Mercon. Several have reported excellent result from Chevron DM3 ATF, and this is probably the same stuff with a Havoline label.
