Thanks all for the comments. It will be interesting to see how far it goes. I suspect this OCI will be measured in years.

I just got the updated report and the TAN was 2.65.

Thanks,

REDDOG

Looks great REDDOG!
We can have some fun with this test.

This is an absolutely stellar report! Yeah, you can go AT LEAST double.
Do you guys keep the truck plugged in (block heater) while awaiting the next run... and/or heated garage? Those cold starts and immediate hard runs are known to kill engines.

The truck is stored in a heated garage and has two shorelines-one for air and a 110 AC that feeds a 12V charger for the truck batteries and charges various electronic devices on board.

Getting started and near instantaneously flat footed is pretty much the name of the game for this type of service.

I'll update in another hundred hours or so. Thanks all!

3126heui/3126b/3126e in vocational duty should be able to pull 300 hours minumum with a synthetic , without blinking. especially if you have the deep sump (30 qt) vs the 22 qt shallow.

cat recommends 2k hours in nice service, and 250 in extreme, on a non synthetic oil.

Almost everyone in heavy equipment are running 300 hours on conventional. (imho the fuel usage and environment are more indicative than hours.)

Find a way to control your soot and god knows how far you could get.

Otherwise this is a normal report for this family.
