Vista Auto Shutdown

[2002 Maxima SE]

I'm looking for a program that will shut down the computer while my session is logged off. I tried a free-bie program the other night, works great if I'm active, but if I leave the computer and it logs off, the program resets for the next cycle.

Any ideas? I want to have the computer shutdown at 10PM each night.

Yeah, there are plenty out there. I got one for the sidebar from softpedia.com, but most only work if you're logged on (or they don't specify at all).
