GC Gold Vs. Green

Is it typical with the Gold to experience less consumption than with the green?

I'm at 900 miles, with the two green fills I did, I would have burned half a quart by now - I haven't consumed any.

Note: this is my ultimate oil boost OCI (6 quarts GC Gold + LM MoS2 + BG MOA + VSOT) - a quart of additives LOL

I guess as thick as VSOT is, it could have increased the viscosity significantly.

I wouldn't think so - the two oils are pretty close.

With all those additives I'd have to say that the oil is little suspect.

Do you get UOAs on that ?
