Where to buy Techron in Canada??

I have been looking regularly for Techron locally here in Edmonton. I used to be able to get it a number of years ago at Costco or Walmart. Where are you fellow Canadians buying it??

There's a Chevron cardlock in Edmonton. You should be able to get it there.

I heard from a chevron station owner that chevron is doing something that is making it unavailable to sellers/distributors for a short time.

Costco here in the US was out of it since last fall but has it again now it the 4 bottle box for about $10.
