what grease/lube to use

I have not thought much about grease until reading on here, and now I am confused again, or still.
For my 1994 Dodge p/u I grease when I do the oil changes. So now I want to use an excellent grease and understand not all are created the same. Is there a list in simple terms of what could be selected from in order of preferred choices?
Hopefully this is not to much of a generic question.

Any good Lithium Complex grease with around 3% moly will work well for your P/U. The one that I have used for years is Pennzoil TTM302.

Using Johnny's rec will keep everything tight under your truck. Lithium complex greases are the norm for the chasis lube market. Get yourself a nice pneumatic, or electric grease gun with a flex hose and 90 degree fitting and you'll be able to grease your truck in your sleep!
