You keep asking the question that has already been answered: SIZE does NOT play a large role in wet traction, but the exact make and model does.
In other words, pay more attention to the brand and tire model.
But to help you decide about the size, directionally a wider tire is worse for hydroplaning resistance, worse for snow traction, but better for traction on wet roads at slow speeds, better for ride, better for dry traction, and better for fuel economy - BUT - this difference is small compared to the difference between tire models.
Also each of those sizes is gradually disappearing and neither has a large amount of availability. Your selection list is pretty short.
