Valvoline very unresponsive

While browsing through Valvoline's VR1 racing products, I found that there's no longer a PDS for conventional VR1 multi viscosities. Just straight weights. I also noticed that the synthetic VR1 didn't have a PDS for 10w30, just 20w50. They were there before. The PDS sheets are dated March 2023. I have emailed Valvoline 3 times over the last month to inquire about this and no response.

Strange. I did a chat with them several weeks ago and got plenty of information. Also called and got a person.
