I started working in a John Deere Dealership in 1991. Was flexible and went to whatever dept that needed help. I had experience as a mechanic, parts dept and sales. The current service manager told me once. Their are 3 people in the world, who like to work on lawn mowers. We have been fortunate enough to hire 2 of them. :ROFLMAO: We had 2 really good ones. I never met the 3rd.

He quit and I was put in as service manager, like it or not. What a pain the city folks were. Estimate a $100 job on a mower, and it was $107 because of tax and they whined. Learned that early on to include tax. Ever go to a store and check a price, and not figure the final would be taxed?

I would much rather hand a $10,000 bill to a farmer, then a $100 bill to a city dude. Glad I am out of there.

FYI there are plenty of good city dudes out there too. I try not to make a blanket statement regarding anything but I do feel some of your pain.
