Schaeffer's #274, how does it compare?

Continued use has produced similar findings...still working very well in this application. I have also found it to work well in lawn/garden equipment...so far so good.

I am very pleased with these results, and will continue to use #274 as long as I can obtain it.

I will be pulling the front wheel bearings down soon to repack with #274, as well as my trailer bearings. Out with anything questionable.

I used it on the front wheel bearings, so yes, I used it with wheels that have Disc brakes.

It's amazing to me how little grease would get flung out from the bearing, when compared to the old 'green' stuff, that came out so heavily I almost cleaned the bearing just by spinning it by hand. The Schaeffers didn't budge, and the bearing felt smoother as well.
