This aircraft returned from a flight with a low fuel transfer pressure write-up on the rh engine. We drained the wing and opened up the access panels. A 10" x 5" peice of rag was removed from inside the fuel tank. We removed the fuel boost pump and found pieces of the rag clogging up the wire screen on the pump intake. The black stuff is the leftover rag. Fortunely, the screens and filters kept anything from going into the engine. This rag was left inside the fuel tank during assembly at the factory.
