Are you sure? If you loosen the upper a-arm bolts (don't) you can muck up the camber/ caster pretty easy. On a 2wd, at least.
I'm used to the older Blazers being adjustable by replacing UCA shims. Factory shims often appear to blend into the UCA, so I could understand if people thought camber and caster adjustment was impossible.
