Post your Gas Mileage : Calculated

Filled up the Maverick at Hy-Vee Gas yesterday with 87 octane E10 . The printer at the Pump was kaput and I was not walking into the C-Store on a 10°F into a 30 mph headwind to get a reciept. This tank the weather got cold quick about 10 days ago. Still happy with 37 mpg.

Worst tank- 9.8mpg running 30% ethanol blend and lots of “spirited” driving.

Woah! never hear of 30% before. Is that common?
Custom e85 and 93 e10 redneck blend done at the pump.

The variable is that e85 isn’t always 85% ethanol. My understanding is that it’s normally between 65-80%. So, I had a ProFlex commander that would adjust on the fly for whatever blend I ended up with. I usually shot for 30-35%. No longer have the flex fuel kit as e85 is difficult to find where I live now.

Filled up at Costco last Friday before prices went up. 87 octane TT E10. Lots of COLD weather. Several 50 mile trips at 0°F. Decent figure considering the record cold. I am helped by coming out of a heated garage. Sorry no dash pic.
