Here's a mental game for us to play... What one car (make, model and year range) would you choose if you could never replace it. You can repair it or rebuild it if you can find parts for it, but you can't replace it.

To make it interesting, let's say it will start with 100k miles on it, isn't a diesel pickup, and demerit points if you choose a Toyota Camry or Corolla.

Probably any year of Mazda Tribute V-6. Never got tired of driving mine, most comfortable, confident-feeling vehicle I think I’ve ever had.
 
I would never suggest the car I like on the net. I don't want everyone to buy them up as I need more parts. It is an OBD2.

Other wise I would say, the one I would want has zero electronics in it. No little black boxes spread through out that become unobtainium, and when one stops functioning, it renders said vehicle inoperative.
