I had that gun circa 1984, IIRC it was a IM 510. Check out the small hammer mechanism.
so you would turn it up to 150psi? looks sorta small for that commercial vehicle he is working on.
 
It is small for that job, turning up the air to 150 psi didn't help much with those old impacts, IIRC that one had about 320 ft.lb. The later IR 231 was a big upgrade from that one with 450 ft.lb but still small for those lug nuts. A larger double D handle impact would probably have been used back then. The torque numbers were real back then not the nut busting numbers they use for advertising today, but the tools were still weak compared to today's.

I doubt they will. We had a coworker who had a Snap On box wrench that broke, that was over 20 years old, and the guy in the truck wouldn't replace it. And he was the original owner.

All he ever used it for was to tighten and loosen a drawbar on a Bridgeport mill. So another happy Harbor Freight customer was created.
