I have a 98 ZJ 4.0 with a K&N Intake tube and an Amsoil/Injen Air filter.

The Air filter was ordered on a whim off Amazon.com when they were on sale for about $37.00, but I feel it's a bit small.

I'm curious if there are any adapting cone filters from Purolator, Fram, etc. that are paper based? I'd like to get some cleaner air down there.

Also plan on getting an air box to swap out for when I decide to get muddy.

Thanks!

I don't think your engine will notice the difference between sizes.

That's why I'd like to try a cheaper paper product to compare too, instead of buying a more expensive filter, just to find out there's no difference.

I actually like the Amsoil filter, it's just smaller than the Spectre and K&N that was on it before.
