My New Welding Hood

I have been wanting to buy a new hood and I chose this Miller. Price is right, local dealer so easy to replace parts, and I just like Miller welding products as both welders and scull cap are miller.

I think you'll like it. I use an "Elite" at work and really like it. The headgear fits good and stays adjusted.

The "Elite" would be the hood of choice for me if I still worked full time and was 15 years younger. This hood will be fine for me and my part time business I have.

I have my Harbor Frieght one with the stick on flames, lol. It's automatic and works great....but I have the thought in back of my head if this $40 welder hat is gonna protect my eyes everytime, lol.
