When you consider how far a quart will go, it's not that costly. I went thru this with a Honda Moped, and found Honda oil worked best.
There is a forum devoted to Mopeds only. I no longer have my moped (stolen), so I no longer read it, but one of the foremost axioms was that Honda or Yamaha oil really mattered for their own bikes.

That qs oil is "only tc rated. It's probly ok for a moped but there are better oils out there such as stihl and echo oil that's egd rated.
