Mobil 1 rebate? Isn’t it about time?

Are rebates a thing of past? I’m thinking we should have seen one about now.

M1 used to do two rebate periods a year segmented between March 1st and the end of November, with a break in Summer, IIRC. The past 2-3 years they went to a single period starting in June...

The rebates have become more restrictive (fewer accepted retailers, only gift cards, etc.) and less money than in the past. It also seems they are less frequent. At some point we really need to ask ourselves if it's worth the effort.

Thanks..I was expecting in April, but now anticipations are for June. My Walmart did drop Mobil 1 prices by $2/Jug, but I’m not falling for that cheap bait!

At least I will have something to look forward to in June, seems like all the sales dried up for this spring.

If I can buy it online and submit and receive it digitally then I will do it. If it requires in store and printed copies or the mail then I’m out.
