Memory for older desktop.

Would like to find 1GB of memory to upgrade my older Dell desktop, but the price of DDR memory just won't budge from the $35-$50 range per GB.

Right now, I have 1-256MB and 1-512MB installed. That was fine when I was on dial up, but now that I'm on high speed, it isn't cutting it any longer. Would like to ditch the 256MB and replace it with 1 GB.

Anyone have a used 1GB of PC2700 or PC3200 to sell?

Usually if you have enough slot it is cheaper to buy used, smaller size stick to fill them up. Many people upgrade and sell their old sticks for cheap online (ebay, craigslist, etc).
