Well now, there is that saying "Money talks, BS walks."

The saying doesn't elaborate on WHICH way the BS walks though, does it?

In this case, it looks like the BS is walking into Meijer's automotive section....

I should forward the various oil filter study links to this guy. He can then wrap himself in the "warmth" of Fram's quality.

DARN! I used to get PureOnes at $4 a pop at Meijer's... Advance Auto charges $5.88 for them

I guess it will be NAPA Silver from my local NAPA store from now on.

This guy must have also decided to pull Citgo oils from the shelves as well, even though at the stores I frequented it always flew off the shelves. The funny thing is the Meijer brand oil is bottled by Citgo. Oh well, I doubt I will be able to find it around here any longer.

I hadn't been to Meijer in a couple weeks or so. Shocking yesterday to walk down the oil asile and see the orange wall of death. Not a Puro in sight.

I sent a "nice e-mail" to Meijer as well. Told them the Purolator selection was the ONLY reason I came in the store ! Now they have no competitive advantage over Wal-Mart.

I'm sure it's "all about the money"

We don't have Meijer in my part of the country,
but if you have a Fred Meyer, I notice that they
still carry a full line of Purolators.
