Mac Perceptor Elite Plus OBDiI& II scan tool

Just wondering if anyone has used this scan tool. They are going quite cheap on Ebay right now. Is it a good overall tool?

I have used that, however, and it's most excellent.

Scan Guages are neat and pretty useful, but not as good at diagnostics as a full blown scan tool.

I would like to have something that can do abs, airbag, dianostics etc for obdII and up. Any ideas on a unit for a fair price?
