I ordered some motorcycle tubes for the scooter from Ebay but USPS has it doing laps around Kansas City, no wonder their broke. That got me thinking.. Harbor Freight has 10 inch tubes in the exact size and valve that I ordered. Makes we wonder if I should of just ran to HF. Granted no one lists the thickness of the rubber so would hard to compare. Disclaimer this scooter only goes 45-50 downhill so it's not a speed demon. Thoughts?

thickness of inner tube matters little, it's supported on all sides by wheel and tyre. I doubt anything puncturing the tyre will care if the rubber of the inner tube is a bit thicker.
Absolutely go to HF and get one or more of these tubes and compare them to what you ordered.
Keep/use the better ones.

HF should be fine for your application.
I sometimes notice that cheap tubes are easy to damage when installing. (at least for me)
However, I only use Michelin tubes ($90) on airplanes...

Interesting, thought every reply would be against it 
Guess I over thought the tube's. I ordered two, next time I'm at HF I'll take the spare with me and compare. Looks like the tubes are out for delivery finally, I need to make more posts so things show up on time.
