On Tuesday I’m rebuilding my 14 bolt semi floating rear axle. I have all the parts but i don’t have any instructions/specs for the bolt torque or pinion drag or backlash values etc. Where can i find this information for Tuesday? I can’t find anything online.

See if one of your friends knows anybody that works in a heavy-duty truck shop. If they do, see if you can get the info or borrow a manual. Good Luck!!!
I'm sure you already know, but the bolts are often reverse thread that hold the ring on the differential carrier.

The 6.5L TD uses the same differential.
You may have to dig or become a member and ask the same question there, one of the moderator may reply and point you in the right direction.
