I have not used my air compressor in a few months. I opened the air shut off valve and the clear dome on top of the lubricator started spraying out oil. It does not looked cracked and there seems to be an O ring as there should be. The newest HF air filter/regulator/lubricator got some really [censored] reviews. So I am trying to fix the leaking clear dome.

Why do you need the lubricator? They are really used in an assembly line type of work so you don't have to stop and lube the tool.

I had one from HF. It never did work very well since it seemed to leak more air than the tool I was using used. I bypassed it, especially since having oil of any kind in the air hose will ruin any paint job when using a sprayer. Just lube the tool and leave well enough alone.
