I picked up 3 filters at an estate sale today. All fit the same stuff

purolater per 241
Sears timesaver ts-9

Pay postal and they are yours. Probably $10 or less.

I am all stashed up, otherwise I would take you up on it. Those will also fit on the same filter plate as a Fram PH8A, PH3614, and a ton of other filters that use the 3/4-16 thread & gaskets close to the WIX 51348:

Plenty stashed up here too with Motorcraft / Mobil 1 / Pennzoil Platinum oil filters & quite a few Wix air filters for my current vehicles.

yes the 3600 is essentially an oversized 3614
