I have had 3 of these. Dang near bullet proof with just 5k mile OCI's. The issues that people have are 1% of 1% of all the tens of millions of these made. Which is a better track record than just about every other auto maker in history. German car buyers will wanna argue but they don't make as many engines combined as toyota made 2GR's.
I mean quoting Amd in the video, "you would need to not change the oil for over 50,000 miles for it to start to burn oil". Says everything you need to know right there.
