filtermag and fram xg

Will a filtermag pull on wire backed media filters hard enough to tear
the media off the end plates? Tear the media? This is rolling around in my brain...

I highly doubt it... I have to use tools to pry/cut the media out of an XG. I only did it once and thats why, its a pain in the rear!
