Its too long for mine.

Way too close to the header. Less than a 1/2 inch from the side of the filter to the header.

Nice shots.

First (S2000) looks like a stubby EAO20, regular looks like a EAO13, and the HAMP just looks tiny!

I'm going with an EAO36 next time.

They recently redesigned the Hamp to be the same size as the Filtech/Honeywell.

Let me clear that up.

That was trying a ST7317 filter which is used with my Dads 3.5l Honda V6.

With the factory filter or ST6607 (which is the correct filter for Subarus with the new headers) the length is the same.

Purolator uses 14612 as the correct filter in their book. Its longer and gets close to the header. It will work but the filter will get warm to hot due to being close to the header.

Here is what they look like.

The Pureone is the same size as the white filter.

I hope that there is nothing in the filter that will become a problem with it getting warmer than the ST. I have a few of the Purones and Prolines that I'll have to use or sell...

The Honda 7317 filters are a lot longer. (sorry, I just used my last one on the Vue... Could not have it for the photos)

Here are some comparisons of the typical Honda 4-cylinder filters (Civic, CR-V, Integra, Accord, etc.):

The HAMP and A01 Filtech appear to be identical except for the ADBV.

Sorry for the bland/obscure scenery, our basement isn't exactly a scenic paradise
