FF 12 KIA Forte 3609 MI

FF on KIA 2.0 NA engine.
on a side note engine time was 184 hrs. as discussed in previous thread I'm going to be comparing hrs to mileage.
current fill is Mobil bulk 5/20 w/no name filter. going forward I will be getting OEM filters as they seem to be pretty good.

I'd love to know why KIA uses high moly and not titanium for FF.

AFAIK, most FFs tend to have a high moly content.

Yeah but everyone, especially Kendall, is saying liquid titanium is superior to molybdenum.

You'd think if Ti was the second coming of Jesus, auto manufacturers would be using it.

To new and expensive - moly is the known 'cheaper' alternative.

Not bad for break-in - must have al bearings?
