Isn't the only way the ECM knows if the engine is running lean is from the O2 sensors?
So if my precat sensor is reading incorrectly on warm up due to no heater but fine the rest of the time should the ECM throw a code for lean or rich mixture on start up?
It never did, maybe the ECM doesn't worry to much about start up readings?
With the much bigger dilution reading on the second test, I suspect the tech did something different to help it pass.
