No one is going to do anything to the EPA for their culpability in this situation. Just like no one is going to do anything significant to Hillary and her email server stuff. Some folks will get yelled at, some policy changes will occur (probably more detrimental to the people than the EPA), and their budget will increase and they will continue on with their roughshod policies that screw up people's lives. From something like this discussion to if you have a puddle of water in your back yard that lasts for more than 2 days after a rainstorm, it is now a navigable waterway that requires EPA oversight and you will get fined hundreds of thousands of dollars if you try to install a drain to remove and prevent the standing water problem.
