Do any airlines still use flatware with their company logo?

It's been over a decade since I flew on a plane that even served hot food so I don't if this is even relevant, but for those airlines that still serve actual meals, do any of them have forks, knives and spoons with the airline logo? I have a few pieces from United and Northwest, picked up at a swap meet.
 
it has been four years since I’ve flown them but ANA still had flatware but no logo. Chopsticks were also included as well as a Japanese toothpick. Other airlines had gone to plastic.
