Corporate word salad

The one I like is this world salad with regard to personality and behavior: On average, women have considerably higher levels of negative emotions, a nice way of saying "neurotic". To me that's like saying young drivers have considerably higher levels of low oil quantities.

Motel 6 gives you the warm fuzzies with their "We'll leave the light on for you" slogan. They don't mention that this is so the police can more easily find the bullet casings from the gun that was used in the last drug deal/prostitution ring murder that took place there.

Upbeat and positive! If you're not already fired up about needing to use the customer service number then you will be once we get done with you.
You ever looked at what's in the groove on top of the shower stall? I did.... Once.

What happened to the concept that people wanted to be the best, to excel, to better themselves in the United States?

Today we have an abundance of over-educated, extremely dumb people.
I feel like now more than any other time in my life we value credentials over experience or common sense. So you get people with lots of letters behind their names but it effectively means nothing, and they wind up writing things like word salads.

It's what happens when you start caring too much about the sue-happy minority who may be offended, and not about the majority of your customers.
Or listening to the chic SoHo loft and bohemian San Diego coffee house "focus group" input.
