coolant, water wetter flush amount compatibility

What is the timeframe in which some sort of chemical reaction should occur between:

coolant/antifreeze (type 2), distilled/bottled water, and RED LINE water wetter?

I have them mixed in a bottle to verify some threads I have read regarding compatibility. I plan to run:

1 liter of (type) 2,
6 oz of water wetter
and the rest distilled water.

Thanks, I advance. Think my vehicle takes 6.5-7 liters.
