Collard greens

I love collards.

I grow massive quantities, blanch and freeze them.

I don't add sugar to any recipes, that's for sure. But otherwise cook up so healthy and tasty.
2023 was a super double huge harvest. I had large boxes full of leaves to process. Too much hassle to blanch, so I just cleaned and cut and bagged them for the freezer.

So far zero problem with this. I eat a large sack about every week.

Girlfriend makes hers with spinach and some black eye peas. Delicious.

I love them. I can eat them for 2 days before my stomach doth start to protest.

I'm a no-sugar, hog jowl, red pepper flake, chicken stock and onion guy.
