We're getting a Cat 938H front end loader for our farm and looking through the manual, I see that the trans, hydraulic and differentials can use cat tdto-tms oil. Is there anything that is equivalent to this?

Any other info? Id imagine it is a basic R&O hydraulic fluid, but that is purely speculation.

It amazes me down in the Caribbean that equipment actually runs and lasts as totally wrong fluids get used in so many things...

There isn't anything equivalent to this although there are some manufacturers that meet the spec such as Schaeffer's. It isn't a basic R&O as my dad owns a 930G and the tranny uses a 30 weight gear lube.

It has a reversing fan, kinda like a Cleanfix fan but Cats version.
