Bobcat 6671057 C&P. This was on a Kubota d722 3 cylinder diesel engine that I believe came from a UTV with approximately 500 hours. The filter was quite beat up on the outside and lived a hard life. It was on extremely tight, and the gasket was crushed. It did not leak. I suspect it was on for the entire 500ish hours, but did not see any glitter at all, only carbon. The louver holes (not pictured) were decent size circles. Pleats were even, the one photo with an uneven pleat was me spreading it. The replacement was a Fram Toughguard 7317. I found the specs easily enough, and "its not great not terrible" -Dyatlov. https://shop.kcbobcat.com/products/engine-oil-filter-p-n-6671057

I remember distinct round holes for louvers, unfortunately the photo I did take was too dark and didnt show anything, and of course its been thrown away since then, apologies.

The filter led a tough life . . . 500 hours on a UTV diesel is brutal but it looks like it held up well. Great choice on the Tough Guard. Thank you for the C&P!

Unless I missed it; what oil went back in? Thank You sir.

What caused all the dents in the can? Especially the dents on the dome end. If it was being ran with all those dents in it, lucky it didn't spring a leak.

Maybe it was banged up when it was removed from the UTV, at least I hope. I didnt inspect it at the sellers shop, he has a nice setup where he parts out ATVs, mostly from old people who rust their's out in Galveston. I like to think I was careful when I transported it from Houston, and dangling from the engine hoist for awhile, but idk.

The engine and tractor is running great and already moved a few whiskey barrels with roses from the back yard to the front yard for the wife. Moving some heavy furniture and more pots later today. There isnt much risk of it being banged up again because the tractor goes 7mph max and its behind a front end loader arm.
