Asian Glazed Salmon

For the sweet chili sauce, I used this https://www.lidl.com/products/1166490 from Lidl.

Instead of spraying with oil to finish, I brushed on a mixture of sesame oil and canola oil.

Any reason to brush over spraying the oil?

They say there are propellants in Pam and using "pure" oil is healthier. Also, I have a cool silicone oil brushing brush. Lol

The instructions for my All-Clad frying pans said not to use spray oils; I later found out that spray oils ruin non-stick coatings. Has something to do with Lecithin. I never knew this.
