Oh yeah I do remember them!!! Very inovative during their time. Like the others said they're banned as assault rifles. You know gangster guns.

Never fired one, but sold quite a few at the gun store prior to the Cali ban. They typically had magazine problems if you loaded more than about 90 in the mag. Something to do with the springs as I recall. The 9mm's seemed to be built much better than the .22s and had 50 and 100 rd mags available.
 
I had a friend back in the late 80's with the .22 version. It could definitely put some lead on target. As I recall it was very sensitive to the magazine; he had two mags, and while one could routinely fire 100 rds without a hiccup, the second mag would jam every 5-10 rds.

It was quite a hoot a the range...
