Absolutely. 5w-30 can also meet the ms 6395 spec.

Use what’s on the oil cap . Don’t over think the wonderful engineers who designed that motor

Thanks for the replies. I've been reading that European Mopar owners, mostly military, only have access to 5w30 because 5w-20 is impossible to find.
