Any 1 million mile cars on xW-20?

We have a 4.6 in a 2003 F150 work truck with 340K. 5-20 since new and always changed at a jiffy lube place. Still runs good and has pretty good power.

Yep, checking former taxis, too, would be another good place to start.
 
You might just as well ask which cars have run 1KK on any oil.
You could count them on the fingers of your hands.
Engines doth not make the life of a car, since everything else either wears out, rusts out or breaks.
OTOH, any car with any engine using any grade oil can reach 1KK.
It's just a matter of how much TLC it requires along the way.
There are 200K+ X1/9s and Panteras.
It's just a matter of maintaining the car and fixing what breaks.
It has nothing to do with the grade of oil used.
