I would exchange the fluid with maxlife atf and add the appropriate amount of ATP reseal and call it a day. I would imagine that it could stop a drip a day. This assumes your PS can take maxlife atf.

Horribly variable based on location. I live in northern lower Michigan and in this rural locale I pay $50 an hour all day long for labor. This is at a licensed shop in the county seat and all the other local shops are roughly comparable. I have to drive an hour to the nearest city to work. However, it is worth it because of the better lifestyle and how much further my dollar goes here.
