FYI, for those of you that don't have access. Check with your local library. Mine offers access but you have to do it on one of their computers.

My buddy's library actually distributes login info so their patrons can access it from home.

I used to buy factory service manuals on CD or in pdf form. Alldata access in web form is so much better.

My library has both Chilton and AllData for free use. The Chilton can be accessed from home with my library sign in, but the AllData has to be accessed at the library in person on their computers.

My library doesn't, but if I remember right, you can get alldatadiy for $19.99/year for a selected car- cheaper if you subscribe for multiple years. Makes sense for me, as I only maintain two cars and one is still under powertrain warranty. Might not be as feasible for folks maintaining multiple cars, however.

I initially bought the 1 year (2cars).
Just before renewal they offered a discount so I renewed.
It is a good supplement to my overall sources of info.
